衣康酸铵改性对聚丙烯腈热性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 在二甲基亚砜溶液体系中,制备了丙烯腈-衣康酸铵共聚树脂。用差示扫描量热和热失重-质谱仪分析了衣康酸铵对聚丙烯腈预氧化稳定化放热曲线和炭化裂解过程的影响。衣康酸铵有效地降低了树脂的预氧化放热峰起始温度和放热量,拓宽放热峰,提高了炭化收率;衣康酸铵含量从0.2%增至1.0%时,炭化收率逐渐增大;含1.0%衣康酸铵的共聚PAN与均聚PAN相比,炭化过程中部分主要挥发性产物的释放量减小。 Copolymer of acrylonitrile with ammonium salt of itaconic acid (IA) was synthesized in DMSO. The effect of ammonium salt of IA on polyacrylonitrile stabilization exotherm and carbonization pyrolysis was studied using DSC and TG-MS. It is observed that incorporation of ammonium salt of IA helps in reducing the initiation temperature and the heat evolved, broadening exothermic peak during preoxidative stabilization, and increasing the char residue during carbonization. The char residue increases with increased content of ammonium salt of IA from (0.2%) to (1.0%) in PAN chains. During carbonization pyrolysis, copolymer containing (1.0%) ammonium salt of IA releases less ammonia, water, hydrogen cyanide, carbon monoxide, acetonitrile and carbon dioxide than PAN homopolymer does.
