摘要
采用种子微乳液聚合工艺和单体半连续滴加法合成了聚丙烯酸酯微胶乳,用FT-IR、DSC、GPC等分析手段研究了微乳聚合物的分子结构。FT-IR和DSC测试结果显示出三种单体都参与了共聚反应,无均聚物存在,合成的丙烯酸酯微乳共聚物的Tg值约为18.30℃,明显高于理论值(7.3℃)。GPC分析和力学性能测试结果进一步说明丙烯酸酯微乳聚合物具有很高的分子量(约106数量级),微乳胶膜有较高的硬度和优良的抗冲击性,同时又具有很好的拉伸性能。
The polyacrylate microlatex was synthesized by seeded microemulsion polymerization and semi-continue process. The structure of microlatex polymer was characterized by FT-IR, DSC and GPC. Results indicate that three monomers are copolymerized very well and no homopolymer exist. T_g of microlatex polymer showed by DSC is (18.30) ℃, higher than its theoretic T_g ((7.3) ℃). The results of GPC show that the Mw of microlatex polymer is high to 10~6 quantitatively. The mechanical properties were tested also and microlatex polymer shows high hardness and excellent resistance to impact, as well as good tensile properties.And the mechanical property of microlatex films was investigated too.
