摘要
氢气广泛应用于石油、化工、能源、军工等行业。水电解制氢是重要的制氢方法之一 ,它广泛用于热电厂、核电站以及核潜艇、航天空间站等密闭空间人员供氧。本文介绍了水电解制氢 (氧 )装置的基本流程。对纯水补给系统关键点的压力进行了计算 ,分析了在装置运行过程中 ,造成补水故障的原因 ,提出了在设计和调试过程中的解决措施。
Hydrogen is widely used in such industries of petroleum,chemistry,energy source and military industries,etc. Hydrogen generating system by water electrolysis is one of the most important hydrogen generating methods,and the system is widely used for thermal power plant,nuclear power plant,and for feed-oxygen in obturating space such as nuclear submarines and space station. This paper introduces the essential flow chart of hydrogen production unit by water electrolysis. The pressure of some key points in pure water supply are calculated,and the failure causes by feed-water is analyzed and the solution measures are presented on the system design and commissioning.
