旋转燃烧室特种喷嘴的燃料出口速度建模与仿真计算

摘要 为了解决高温高压燃气的泄漏问题以及提高燃料的燃烧效率 ,某水下航行体采用了燃烧室与发动机一起旋转的设计方案 ,并设计了中心锥阀截面可调式离心喷嘴。由于阿勃拉莫维奇理论在研究本问题上的局限性 ,本文从燃烧室的旋转以及喷嘴的特殊结构这两个特点出发 ,运用相对运动的伯努力方程、连续性方程、动量矩方程、喷嘴结构方程建立了喷嘴燃料的出口速度模型 ,并对此水下航行体在两种不同速制下的情况进行了计算 ;同时 ,对喷嘴中心锥阀截面的环形间隙进行了计算。以上计算结果为仿真计算旋转燃烧室温度场、压力场、速度场等流场及燃料雾化后的液滴尺寸分布、空间分布、运动轨迹提供了初始条件。 In order to prevent the high-temperature and high-pressure burning gas from leaking and improve the fuel burning-efficiency,the design which the chamber rotates with the motor in some kind of underwater body is taken and the special nozzle with adjustive section of centric cone-shaped clique is designed. Because of the limit of theory of Г.Н.Абрамович on this question and considering the rotation of chamber and the specific structure of nozzle,the Bernoulli equation for relative movement,the continuity equation,the momentum moment equation and the nozzle structure equation is applied to establish the mathematical model of spraying fuel velocity,and the fuel velocity and the annular clearance of the special nozzle with adjustive section of centric cone-shaped clique are calculated under the conditions of the under-water body in two different velocities in the paper. These results provide initial conditions for simulating the temperature field,pressure field,velocity field etc in the rotary chamber and calculating the dimension distribution of,space distribution and movement track of the atomized fuel.
