氯丙嗪及氯氮平对人体内淋巴细胞染色体损伤效应的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文对20例服用氯丙嗪及19例服用氟氮平治疗的精神分裂症病人,在服药前后分别进行了外周血淋巴细胞微核率和染色体脆性表达率的检测,结果发现:(1)氯丙嗪及氯氮平两组治疗后的淋巴细胞微核率均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01);(2)两组的染色体脆性表达率在治疗前后均无显著性差异(P>0.2)。提示氯丙嗪及氯氮平具有一定的诱变危害性。本研究结果可作为临床上育龄期病人合理选择抗精神病药物之参考。 The micronuclear rates and rates of fragility expression of lymphocytes in 20 schizophrenic patients treated with chlor-promazine(CPZ) and 19, patients treated with clozapine (CZP) were measured before and after treatment. It was found that the micronuclear rates in both CPZ and CZP groups after the treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment (p<0.01),wnile the rates of fragility expression in both groups showed no significant difference(p>0.2) before and after the trentment. It suggested that both CPZ and CZP had certain mutagenic risk. The results may be a reference for rationally selecting antipsychotics for the schizophrenic patients during child-bearing period.
