摘要
叙述了贵金属再生资源是取之不尽的“富矿”的根据。回顾了废旧贵金属回收的历史 ,指出了这方面存在的问题 ,介绍了废旧金属的来源与回收方法 ,提出了应在政策上加以扶持的建议。
The basis that reproduced resources of noble metals are endless 'rich mines' is discussed.The history of recovery of noble metal wastes is reviewed and problems in this aspect are pointed out.Sources and recovery methods of the noble metal wastes are presented.Suggestions for supporting the recovery in policy are put forward.
