农业院校本科新生心理健康研究

Investigation of the Mental Health of the Freshman on Agricultural University.

目的 了解新生心理健康状况 ,为有效开展心理健康教育、心理咨询和治疗提供参考依据。方法 采用 UPI对 2 0 0 2级 2 3 5 3名新生进行心理健康普查。结果 1新生中 2 3 .1 %的人可能有严重的心理疾病 ;1 3 .1 %可能有不同程度的心理卫生问题 ;63 .8%无心理卫生问题 ;2女生心理健康问题检出率略高于男生 ,但男女生心理健康状况无显著差异 ,男女生个体之间有显著差异。结论 大学生心理健康教育应始于新生入学教育 ,及时对新生开展心理健康普查 。

Objective To get the information about the freshmen's mental health,to carry out mental health education effectively and to provide reference evidence for mental consultation and therapy as well.Methods Surveyed the situation of 2353 freshmen's mental health by using UPI.Results ①Among the freshmen,23.1% of the students have serious mental derangement problems,13.1% of them have a little psychological problem,and 63.8% of the ones are healthy.②Among the non-healthy students,the scale of female is higher than man,but there is no distinct difference between male and female.Conclusion The mental health education should be started as soon as the students entered university.A timely mental health survey is also necessary and psychological consulting service should be provided for the students.
