心理干预治疗巫术所致精神障碍疗效观察

The Curation Effect of Psychotherapy in Mental Disorders duo to Witchcraft.

目的 探讨心理干预对巫术所致精神障碍的作用。方法 将 5 8例巫术所致精神障碍患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组为心理干预合并药物治疗组 ,对照组为单纯药物治疗组。治疗 8周 ,以简明精神病量表 ( BPRS)进行评定 ,随访半年。结果 心理干预对巫术所致精神障碍疗效肯定 ,在治疗 2周、4周、8周后 ,两组病人 BPRS评分与治疗前自身相比差异具有显著性( P<0 .0 1 ) ;治疗 8周后 BPRS评分以治疗组下降更明显 ,且半年随访复发率较低。结论 心理干预合并药物治疗是治疗巫术所致精神障碍的较好方法 。

Objective To study the effect of psychotherapy in mental disorders due to witchcraft.Methods 58 cases of mental disorders due to witchcraft were randomly divided into two groups.One group was healed with psychotherapy and drugs,and the control group only with drugs.The effect of the two groups were measured by BPRS after 8 weeks.Two groups were all followed for half a year.Results The curation effect of psychotherapy and drugs is obviously superior to drugs.The BPRS scores of the two groups all have outstanding difference compared with before treated.The score of the treated group dropped more obviously and the rate of relapse is also lower after half a year.Conclusion It is a better method to treat mantal disorders due to witchcraft by psychotheraft and drups.And it can reduce the rate of relapse by this way.
