福建省高校教师人格特征问题探究

Investigation of College Teachers' Personal Characteristics in Fujian Province.

目的 了解福建省高校教师人格特征。方法 采用卡特尔 1 6种人格因素心理测验量表 ( 1 6PF)对福建省 5所高校2 5 7名教师的人格特征进行调查。结果 福建省高校教师的心理健康程度优于全国常模 ,表现在四高四低 ,即高聪慧性、高兴奋性、高敢为性、高独立性、低有恒性、低怀疑性、低忧虑性、低实验性。高校男女教师个性特征比较中 ,男教师组稳定性、敢为性高于女教师组 ,而敏感性、忧虑性低于女教师组。而青年高校教师与中、老年高校教师个性比较无显著差异。结论 在学校管理中 ,有针对性地进行教师的心理素质培养 。

Objective To understand the state of college teachers' personal characteristics of Fujian Province.Methods Adopting 16PF to investigate personal characteristics of 257 college teachers of five universities in Fuzhou,Fujian Province.Results Psychological health degree of college teachers of Fujian Province is superior to the norm of our county,it shows to be low in four and high in four,i.e. high brightness,high excitability,high boldness,high independence,low perseverance,low suspect,low anxiety and low experimentism.Comparing men with women,individual characteristics of man is higher than that of woman in stability,boldness,but lower in sensitivity,anxiety.And there were not significant difference between young teacher and eld teacher.Conclusion The teachers' psychological diathese should be trained in administration of school,to be helpful to raise labor productivity.
