摘要
以往用细胞内微电极技术研究发现乙酰水杨酸可引起大鼠背根神经节神经元膜产生明显的超极化反应,即能产生外周神经镇痛作用。本实验旨在利用大鼠福尔马林致痛模型,通过观察大鼠的痛行为反应,建立乙酰水杨酸镇痛模型,以探索乙酰水杨酸可能的中枢及外周镇痛机制。将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:生理盐水组、福尔马林致痛组和乙酰水杨酸镇痛组。结果发现,福尔马林致痛组大鼠的缩腿次数和舔爪时间都明显长于生理盐水组,给予乙酰水杨酸后,缩腿次数和舔爪时间均明显减少。故认为乙酰水杨酸可明显减轻福尔马林所致的痛行为反应。
We found that acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) can induce marked membrane potential hyperpolarization on dorsal root ganglion neurons (DRG) in rats by intracellular recording long before,which confirmed that ASA can produce analgesic effect of peripheral nerve end-brush. The aim is to use rat model of formalin (F) result to pain to observe rat praxiology responses after giving ASA,24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal saline (N) group,formalin (F) group,ASA (A) group. The results showed that: The rats showed spontaneous pain-related responses after formalin test. After being injected formalin into one hindpaw,the rats of F group immediately showed intense pain-related response: flinching or shaking and licking or biting injected paws, The results showed that ASA can significantly reduce spontaneous pain-related response of rats after formalin test.
