摘要
对新疆石河子盐碱荒地上栽培的芨芨草茎秆的纤维进行了详细研究,通过扫描电镜制片观察,发现芨芨草茎秆表皮下有20~30层厚壁细胞连接成的纤维组织带,我们用显微镜测量法对其纤维进行了测量,结果如下:纤维的平均长度为1.11mm,平均宽度为9.4μm,长宽比为118,细胞壁平均厚度为2.73μm,纤维平均腔径为3.87μm,壁腔比为1.42,纤维长度多集中在0.81~1.20mm范围内。可见芨芨草纤维细而长,长宽比大,壁腔比小,若能加以开发利用,是一种优质的造纸原料。
We have made meticulous research on Achnatherum splendens,which grows on saline and alkaline land in Shihezi,Xinjiang.With the help of a scanning electric microscope,we have found that there is a fibre tissue belt under the epidermis of its stems,which is linked by 20~30 layers of thick-wall cells.After measuring the fibre with the microscope measuring method, We got the result:the average length of the fibre is 1.11mm ,the average width is 9.4 μm,the ratio of length and width is 118,the average thickness of the cell's wall is 2.73μm,the average diameter of cell cavity is 3.78μm,the ratio of cell's wall and diameter of cell cavity is 1.42,and the lengths of these fibers are mainly 0.81~1.20mm.Thus we know that the fiber of Achnatherum splendens is slim and long,the ratio of length and width is large,the ratio of cell's wall and diameter of cell cavity is small.And if we develop and make good use of it,it will be a fine material for papermaking.
