摘要
选用锆英粉和硅藻土为耐火骨料 ,酸式磷酸盐为粘结剂 ,通过正交试验确定耐热合金钢离心铸管水基涂料的配比 ,经测试和生产验证 :触变性、悬浮性良好 。
The optimum mixing ratio of a water-based coating for centrifugal pipes of heat-resistant alloy steel is established through orthogonal experiments, in which zircon flour and diatomite are used as the refractory and acid-phosphate as the binder. It is proved that the newly developed coating functions are good and meet requirements for the production.
