摘要 介绍铬w为 3 5 %~ 45 %的铁素体高铬白口铸铁的主要化学成分、性能、金相及其应用。着重从材料结构、冶金学、物理学、断裂力学和铸造工程 5个方面分析脆性产生原因。 The major chemical composition, properties, microstructure and application of a white cast iron with ferrite matrix, whose chromium amount is between 35% and 45% in weight percent were introduced briefly. The brittleness of the alloy was analyzed in five aspects such as structure, metallurgy, physics, fracture mechanics and foundry engineering. Ways of toughening the alloy were also presented.
