With the method of qualitative analysis combining with quanitiative analysis,this paper objectively appraised the comparative advantages of flax of Heilongjiang Province;And from several respects such as price competitiveness,quality competitiveness,prestige competitiveness,marketing service competitiveness and policy competitiveness,analyzing the factors that influent the market competitiveness of flax of Heilongjiang Province;Finally,some suggestions on how to improve market competitiveness of flax of Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
