摘要
针对刮板输送机在使用中刮板链断裂问题进行了研究 ,采用了液压驱动及液压张紧装置。试验测试的数据反应了液压控制可以明显减小对链条的冲击 ,结果证明是可行的 ,达到了预期目标。
The paper simulates initially the factual operation condition of scraper conveyer.By collecting the data of tensile force of chain and the data of hydraulic pressure an comparing the data,characteristic of conveyer before and after hydraulic drive system being used can be drawn from the data,which shows the difference between the former conveyer and the altered conveyer.
