摘要
详细介绍了一种液体摆倾角传感器的设计方法及原理 ,并配合一种抗寄生干扰的微小电容测量电路 ,最终实现对转动角度的精确测量。在 - 30～ 30°测量范围内 ,可实现精度 0 1° ,灵敏度为 0 0 2V 1° ,可广泛应用于汽车四轮定位、导弹发射架及井架等许多领域。
This paper describes a designed method and principle of a kind of liquid pendulum angle sensor detailed.And successfully combined an intrinsically stray-immune capacitance measuring circuit so as to obtain high accuracy(0.1°)and sensitivity (0.02V/(1°))between -30 and 30°.Can apply to a lot of fields,such located four tyres of the automobile,guided missle launcher and derrick etc..
