摘要
根据带式输送机实际运行工况 ,主要从满足托辊承载能力及使用寿命的要求、保证输送带获得适当的下垂度两方面对托辊间距的影响因素进行了理论分析 ,并对影响托辊间距的其他因素如输送物料特性及一些特殊工况等方面也作了分析。
According to practiced working condition of belt conveyors,the paper carries through theoretically analysis for distance between rollers's influence factor in two ways:satisfy the ability of supporting load and the need of using time limit,and ensures belt get satisfied degree of droop,the other factors such as the characteristic of conveyoring material and some especial work instances are also discussed.
