介绍矿用带式输送机输送带扣冲压成形模具的设计。因为大批量生产 ,要求模具使用寿命为 2万次以上 ,所以成形部分采用镶拼可更换结构。一方面成形部分材料选用淬火合金工具钢 ,可节约钢材 ;另一方面该结构便于修模 ,易损件更换方便。

This paper introduces the design of pressing formational mould that produces belt fastener of band conveyor in miner.It is necessary that the service life of a mould reach to over 20 000 frequency of work because of large scale,so the formational part should use the mosaic and exchangeable texture.On the one hand,the material of formational part chooses hardening alloy tool steel to save steel. On the other hand,the texture is apt to repair mould and the abrasion is convenient to exchange.
