摘要
通过对中国农村剩余劳动力存量及就业形势的分析,提出了农村剩余劳动力进行跨国转移的理论模型和思路,并认为中国农民"走出去",不仅对中国和世界有利,而且是可行的。最后,为促进农民"走出去"提出了一些相关的政策建议。
Based on the analysis of the accumulation of rural surplus labor and the situation of employment in China, this paper presents a train of thought of the transfer and a theoretical model. In conclusion, this multinational transfer is not only useful to China and the world, but also is feasible for operation. And, the paper puts forward some proposals to accelerate this process.
