摘要
针对冲击重载条件下应用的齿轮传动 ,设计出一种弹性齿轮结构 ,以缓解动载荷对齿轮的刚性冲击 ,提高齿轮的实际寿命 ,利用ANSYS软件进行有限元强度计算 ,其研究结果对于提高齿轮的抗冲击能力和寿命具有实际意义。
The article proposes a kind of flexible gear structure aims at the gear drive in impact and heavy load condition,the structure can reduce the rigidity strike which varied load gives to gear,so improve the actual life-span of gear. The article uses ANSYS software to compute finite element method intensity,the research results have practical meaning for improve the anti-strike ability and life-span of gears.
