截齿是采掘机械的易损件 ,通过长期对截齿的分析与研究 ,从新型截齿的选用、截齿布置及截齿结构改进等几个方面对采煤机截齿的可靠性进行了简单分析。提高截齿的可靠性 ,降低齿耗占吨煤成本中的比例 ,提高采煤机有效工作时间。

Cutting teeth are the parts that are tended to damage on mining machine.Through analyzing and researching for cutting teeth in a long period,at some aspect,such as the appliance of new type cutting teeth and arrangement and structure improving of cutting teeth, this article simply analyzes cutting teeth's reliability,in order to increase the reliability of cutting teeth,decrease the ratio of teeth attrition and cost that used for one ton and increase effective working time of coal mining machine.
