摘要
通过AutoCAD三维绘图功能建造直齿圆柱齿轮实体模型 ,采用有限元进行应力分析 ,计算出齿轮的最大应力和最大应变。结果表明 :通过ANSYS软件分析的结果与真实情况很接近 ,据此可以看出齿轮的失效形式 ,也可方便地进行齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度以及齿面接触疲劳强度校核 ,有利于对齿轮传动过程中力学特性进行深入研究 ,为齿轮传动的优化设计提供了基础理论。
In this paper, a cylinder involute tooth gear model is built in AutoCAD2000 software, then analyzes its stress through finite element analysis, calculate the gear's maximal stress and its maximal strain, and the result shows that it is proximate to the truth through the element analysis. So we can see the invalidation of the gear according to the analysis. It is convenient to check the bending strength of the root of the gear and the fatigue contact strength of the face of the gear, which is benefit to make deep research of mechanic quality during the process of gear-driving and support the theory basis of the optimal design of gears.
