This paper mainly interduced the multicenter figure takeup measure instrument which is desigened by CPLD. The measure device can take record the times automaticly and also can set the max and min. The instrument has the characteristic such as:high efficiency, small cubage, low cost. And it can be programmed in line, alter the fuction of circuit arbitrary, alter the hardware is needless.
