介绍企业目前设备管理现状 ,利用Excel软件建立设备数据库 ,并由此实现设备的档案化管理、动态管理。利用Excel的排序、筛选、分类汇总等各项功能 ,完成各种设备查询 ,实现日常工作的各种报表 ,建立各种设备台账。应用证明 ,效果理想。
The paper introduces the present situation of enterprise equipment management.Equipment database is established by ueing Excel software,and realizes the file of management and the dynamic management of the equipments from here.Every functions such as row order,selection and classified collection that using Excel functions such as row order,selection and classified collection that using EXCEL complete various inquires,realize daily work every form,and establish various equipment accounts.Application proves that effect is ideal.
