摘要
期刊的全球化浪潮汹涌而来,势不可挡。与国内办刊人相比,国外诸多出版集团的每一次决策都建立在充分的市场调研基础上,注重实施品牌战略,挖掘品牌资源,走全球化之路。面对差距,我国期刊界要在体制创新、广告经营、管理手段和人才培养等方面进行思考,寻求对策。
The globalization tide of the periodicals is getting turbulent, which is irresistible. Comparing with our publishers, people in many foreign publishing groups always make every decision on basis of abundant market survey, they pay attention to implementing the strategy of brands, excavate resources of brands and make their way to globalization. Facing disparity, our periodicals industry should ponder on the aspects of system innovation, advertisement management, management means and personnel training, etc. to seek countermeasure.
