摘要
国际饭店集团在中国市场的开拓与发展,极大地推动了中国饭店业的成长。然而,中西方较大的文化差异,严重影响着国际饭店集团在中国正常的经营管理。因此,国际饭店集团在中国实行跨文化管理十分必要,具体而言,就是要在对比分析中西方饭店文化的基础上,建设与中国本土文化相融合的饭店文化。
With the pioneering and developing of international hotel groups in China, Chinese hotel industry has greatly enhanced. The striking cultural differences, however, have been causing considerable hindrance to the international hotel groups抧ormal management in China. Besides clarifying the necessity of the international hotel groups抋pplication of cross-cultural management in China, the author, on the basis of persuasive comparison with and thought provoking analysis of Chinese and western hotel culture, advocates correspondent cross-cultural strategies to form hotel culture that is in harmony with Chinese native culture.
