摘要
根据太极拳的健身特点与锻炼价值 ,针对老年人的心理、生理状况及产生疾病原因 ,论述了太极拳对老年人的健身养生功效 ,为老年人健身活动提供了依据.
According to the taijiquan's characteristic and value the parper facted the old people's physology and psychology interpreted that taijiquan how to build up body efficiency of keeping in good health,The activity has offered the basis to build up body for old people.
