摘要
本文论述了中国数字图书馆的提出背景 ,对互联网经济产生的影响 ,并对数字图书馆的含义、功能与服务、管理现状、技术模式和相关知识产权等方面的问题进行了分析思考 。
The paper discusses the influence of the digital-library on internet business, and intensively expresses the views on the primary significance, management, technical standard, service pattern and intellectual property of digital-library.
