Enhancing Administration System to Accelerate the Program of Assisting Study and Self-study Examination

本文论述了近年来 ,为适应社会主义市场经济建设和科学技术快速发展 ,普通高校充分发挥其优势 ,设立高等教育自考助学这一制度 ,并进而指出 :高校应发挥继续教育主力军作用 ,强化管理体系 ,为国家经济建设培养出更多的应用型专门人才 ,为我国西部大开发作出贡献。

In recent years, to keep pace with the rapid development of socialistic market economic construction and science and technology, institutions of higher education have been carrying out the program of Assisting study and self-study examination by making the most of their advantageous conditions. Due to the situation, this paper proposes that institutions of higher education should continue to play a primary role in continuous education, enhance administration system, so as to cultivate more specialized talents for national economic construction and make contribution to China West Development.
