Effects of alcohols on properties of one-component moisture setting isocyanate adhesives

研究讨论了不同分子量聚氧化乙烯二元醇对常温湿固化异氰酸酯胶粘剂性能的影响与作用,以及不同种类多元醇对胶粘剂湿固化特性的影响。聚氧化乙烯多元醇因含有亲水性较强的氧乙烯链,而适于制备湿固化胶粘剂;通过使用适量的催化剂可使一般异氰酸酯胶粘剂实现常温湿固化。

This paper studied the effects of molecule weight of polyoxyethylene glycol on properties of room temperature moisture setting isocyanate resin adhesive. It discussed the effects of different alcohol on the property of moisture setting of isocyanate resin. Polyoxyethylene polyol adapts to prepare moisture setting resin for containing rich hydrophilic ethylene oxide. Adding proper catalyzer will make the normal isocyanate resin to set with moisture at room temperature.
