摘要
研究了以TDI、改性MDI及聚丙二醇醚为主要原料的单组分湿固化聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成。所合成的胶粘剂产品具有较好的初粘度与适宜的固化时间,断裂强度可达9MPa,伸长率可达230%,用于塑胶跑道面层胶,物理机械性能优异,并对减少游离异氰酸酯挥发进行了尝试。
An one-component moisture-curable polyurethane adhesive based on TDI and MDI and PPG N330, N220 was synthesized. The Product is good initial viscosity and suitable cure time, its break strength can be 9 MPa, elongation 230%. The introduction of TMP can decrease volatility of free isocyanate. The material exhibits excellent properties for plastic sports field.
