摘要
T737井是塔河油田 7区西北部构造上部署的一口评价井 ,该井的设计井深为 6 0 4 5m ,实际完钻井深6 0 77m ,采用 12 7无接箍尾管和 1.2 0g/cm3 的高性能超低密度水泥浆固井技术 ,属于超深井、小间隙、超低密度、尾管固井范畴。介绍了该井的固井技术难点 ,固井技术措施、水泥浆体系的优选、现场应用及认识与体会。
Well T737 is an evaluation well which located at the northwest structure of Block 7 in Tahe Oilfield.The designed depth is 6045m,but actual TD is 6077m.The well is cemented with Φ127 integral joint liner and 1.20g/cm3 high-performance ultralow density slurry.It belongs to the category of close clearance,and liner cementing in a super-deep well with ultralow density slurry.This article presents the difficulties and technical measures of cementing technology in well T737 and describes the selection of slurry system and field operation etc.
