特种封闭液在磨溪构造上的应用

摘要 200 3年开钻的磨 36井、磨 37井 ,在嘉陵江含膏盐地层出现了电测多次遇阻的技术难题 ,采用下钻通井划眼和提高井浆密度的方法处理 ,效果均不理想。为解决这一技术难题 ,通过向裸眼井段泵注一种低矿化度、电解质溶解速率高、抗温性好的封闭液来抑制膏盐的塑性变形。实践证明这一方法比提高钻井液密度更方便更有效。 The wells Mo 36,37 is drilled in 2003.Electric-log opeation was slacked off frequently in gypsum-salt bed of Jialingjiang.Through adopting wiper trip and improving drilling fluid density,the effect of electric-log was still poor.In order to solve problem,a special sealing fluid with low salinity,high electrolyte solubility and good temperature resistance is developed and it was injected into the slacking off section to control effectively the plastic deformation of gypsum salt bed.Practice proved the method is more convenient and effective than the method of improving drilling fluid density
