摘要
在楼宇空调水系统及其局部控制仿真分析的基础上 ,针对变流量系统监测点和可调参数较多的特点 ,提出并验证了一个利用AHU自动控制水阀的阀位信息 ,把二级泵供水压差和冷水机组供水温度进行串级优化控制的实时优化控制方案。试验结果表明 ,同常规的控制方案相比 ,这个优化控制方案不仅能够较好地达到节能的目的 ,而且还能够改善局部系统的控制特性。
The performance of VWV systems and characteristics of control systems are analyzed based on the simulation. Taking advantage of multi-point monitoring and more control variables in VWV systems, a new online optimal strategy, which optimizes the setpoints of head of secondary pump and chilled water temperature in series based on the positions of AHU valves is proposed and validated. Compared with conventional control strategies, the results show that the optimal strategy can save energy and improve the control performance of systems.
