日粮淀粉水平对绒山羊纤维物质消化性能的影响

摘要 9只带有瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠近端瘘管和回肠末端瘘管的内蒙古白绒山羊随机分为3组,研究了日粮精粗比(3∶7)相近的条件下,提高日粮淀粉水平对纤维物质消化性能的影响。结果表明,随日粮淀粉水平的提高,日粮纤维在胃区及全消化道消化率也随之下降,而在大肠的消化率有上升的趋势,但各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。 Inner Mongolian cashmere goats fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen,at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were divided into 3 groups and used to investigate the effects of different dietary starch levels on fiber digestibility when the ratio of concentrate to roughate of the diets (3∶7)were approaching. The results showed when dietary starch levels increased,the gastric areas and total alimentary tract digestibilities of fiber decreased and the large intestine digetibilites of fiber improved (P>0.05).
