An Exploration of the Driving Force to Implement the Cooperation between the Banking and the Securities Market and its Developing Trend in China

本文从推动证券市场和银行发展的角度以及现行法律法规为开展银证合作留下金融创新的空间等方面探讨了我国银证合作的必要性,论证了推进银行信贷资产的证券化;建立有效的融资机制,实现银行与证券市场的资金良性互动;整合银证双方相关业务,增强银证业务合作的跨市场性和业务交叉性是今后我国开展银证合作的方向。

From the point of view of pushing forward the development of securities market and banking, and considering the space, which was left by the current laws and statutes, for the cooperation between the banking and the securities market to performing financial innovation, this paper explores the necessity of cooperation between the banking and securities market, discusses the possibility of pushing the securitization of the bank's credit assets. Establishing the effective financing mechanism, carrying out the favorable interaction of the bank's and securities market's funds, integrating the relevant businesses concerning the banks and securities markets, and strengthening trans-market business and cross-business are the directions for China to carry out cooperation between the banks and securities markets.
