An Preliminary Exploration of Improving the Service System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

按照国际惯例,中小企业的范围比以前增大,中小企业应起的作用加深,也更加需要促进中小企业发展的服务体系。需要建立政府的政策支持体系,引导、鼓励为中小企业服务的社会中介机构的生成,为中小企业融资提供更多的支持,提供研究、开发及技术推广的渠道等等。

In accordance with international conventions the category of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)grows larger, the role of SME becomes deeper, therefore the service system for the development of SME is needed all the more , such as the establishment of government support system, the emergence of inter-medium service institutions for introducing and encouraging SME, more support in financing for SME, providing channels for R&D and technology dissemination and so on.
