The Statue quo of China's Journals and the Research of its Development Strategy

期刊业作为我国出版业的重要组成部分,近二十余年迅速崛起,不仅在数量上已跃居世界期刊大国行列,而且在提高质量和效益,迈向世界期刊强国的过程中也取得了骄人的成绩。但我国期刊业整体实力不强是一个不争的事实。在国际竞争日益激烈的今天,我国期刊业发展必须实现战略性突破,惟其如此才能立于不败之地。

As an important component in China's publishing industry, the Journals has developed rapidly in the past over two decades. It has not only stayed among the big Journal nations in the world in quantity, but has made outstanding progress in striving to upgrade the quality and efficiency so as to march for the world-class Journal nations as well. However it is an unarguable fact that the whole force in China's Journals is not strong. The development of China' Journals has to carry out the strategic breakthrough. Only by doing so can we stand firmly without being defeated.
