自20世纪60年代末,管理信息系统在其开发和实施过程中出现了很多失败的例子,大大阻碍了企业的信息化进程。企业管理信息系统的失败可能是由于技术上、开发和实施过程中多方面的管理不善以及企业自身组织机构等问题所造成的。通过分析和探讨管理信息系统失败的原因,旨在提出成功建设企业管理信息系统的对策和建议。

There have been existing many failure examples in the procedures of Management Information System(MIS) development and implementation since it was born in the end of 1960's. This phenomenon impedes organizations' informatics process heavily. The failure reasons of organizations' MIS development might be techniques, unsuccessful management in the procedures of development and implementation, also people and structure within the organization. The failure reasons of MIS development in the organization are analyzed and explored, and the relevant countermeasures about developing organizations' MIS successfully are given out finally.
