摘要
对湿法脱硫、烟气余热利用、湿法除尘等工业实践中气流携带小直径水滴的分离进行了实验研究 .在分析气流携带水滴机理的基础上 ,根据水滴的特性 ,研究了水滴的运动规律和动力学特性 ,分析了水滴的惯性分离机理以及各个因素对分离效率的影响 .结合正交实验结果 ,进行了正交实验的直观分析 .将正交实验结果和理论分析进行了比较 ,讨论了二者存在差异的原因 .
The flow of gas carrying small water drops may be come across in such industrial practices as wet flue gas desulfurization, surplus heat utilization of exhaust gas, wet dedusting. The separation of small water drops from gas or air flow is studied by experiments, and the kinematic and dynamic behaviors of the small water drops are discussed. The effects of the velocity of gas flow, the size of water drops, and the longitudinal and lateral pitches, the row number and the shape of separation parts on separating efficiency are studied by orthogonal experiments. The order of their influencing separating efficiency from strong to weak is in turn: the number of the rows of separation parts, the diameter of water drops, the velocity of gas flow, the longitudinal and lateral pitches of separation parts, and the shape of separation parts. The experimental results are compared with theoretical analyses, and it is discussed why there is some difference between the experimental results and theoretic analyses. The experimental results can guide the design of separating units.
