微波辐射三乙基苄基氯化铵催化合成肉桂酸苄酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of benzyl cinnamate catalyzed by benzyltriethylammoniumchloride under microwave irradiation

摘要 以肉桂酸钠和氯化苄为原料,三乙基苄基氯化铵作催化剂,采用微波辐射技术,在常压下直接合成肉桂酸苄酯,并对催化剂用量、微波辐射功率和辐射时间对酯产率的影响等进行了研究.研究结果表明,合成反应的最适宜的反应条件为:当n(肉桂酸钠):n(氯化苄)=1:1.2时,三乙基苄基氯化铵的用量1.0g,微波功率300W,辐射40min,产率达81%以上. With sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride as raw material, benzyltriethylammonium chloride as catalyst, we synthsized benzyl cinnamate directly under normal pressure and microwave irradiation. We studied the effects of amount of catalyst on the yield of the product, power and time of microwave irradiation on the yield of the product. The most suitable reaction conditions are that the mole ratio of sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride is (1.0∶1.2,) the amount of benzyltriethylammonium chloride is 1.0 g(per 0.05 mol sodium cinnamate), and the microwave irradiation time is 40 min with the power of 300 W. Under these conditions the yield of benzyl cinnamate is over 81%.
