防弹车板构件的焊接

摘要 为了解决超高强度钢在防弹运钞车中的焊接及焊缝防弹性能差的问题,采用氩弧焊、手工电弧焊和CO_2气体保护焊及多种焊接材料进行焊接试验,并对其焊接工艺及性能进行比较,得出CO_2气体保护焊是焊接防弹构件的最佳方式,焊接后再进行热处理有利于改善防弹性能。 Several kinds of welding materials and welding ways, such as argon arc welding, manual arc welding and carbon-dioxide arc welding, were tried to solve the welding problem of the ultrahigh strength steel components fixed into the bulletproof bank vehicle and improve bulletproof properties in the welding seam. By comparing with their welding properties, it is concluded that carbon-dioxide arc welding is the best way to weld bulletproof steel components, and heat treatment after welding is beneficial for improving bulletproof properties of welding.
