摘要
对小猪烧伤后不同时间切痂植皮创面外用 Fn,探讨 Fn 对上皮扩展的作用。用 ELISA 法行组织 Fn 定量,用自动图像分析仪测量皮片扩展速度,用免疫组化"ABC"法行组织 Fn 和Ⅲ型胶原定位。结果表明,烧伤切痂植皮创面外用 Fn 后能迅速提高创面组织 Fn 含量,促进肉芽组织形成,加速皮片的扩展。
Fibronectin was applied to wounds resulted from excision of burn eschars at different time intervals after burn in piglets,for the purpose of studying the effect of Fn in promoting the expansion of skin grafts which were laid on the wounds. Fn content in wound tissue was measured by means of ELISA,while tissue Fn and Type- Ⅲ collagen localization was identified by immunohistochemical method ABC.The rate of the graft expansion was then measured by Automated Scanning Image Anlyzer.The results showed that topical application of exogenous Fn on the wound could rapidly increase the density gradient of tissue Fn on the wound and promote expansion of skin grafts.
