摘要
技术进步是促进人类社会发展的源泉,然而从就业角度来看,技术进步又是一把"双刃剑"。本文综述了20世纪90年代以来国外对技术进步的就业效应的最新研究进展,剖析了技术进步影响就业的综合机制,并从社会福利角度探讨了技术进步对就业总量及结构的影响。
Technology advancement serves as an engine for the economic development. Such advancement, however, could have a different story to ten when coming to employment perspectives. This paper sums up the implications of technology advancement on employment, through analyzing the integrated implications of technology advancement on employment , and exploring associated implications on employment structures from an angle of social welfare.
