This paper begins with the spread, applications, position, education and researches of the traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in southeast Asia, Occident and Africa. It discusses the tactics and suggestions concerning the TCM development in a healthy manner, research reorientations, advanced methods, and retaining and expanding the TCM influence across the world.
