摘要 介绍了气相色谱PSS和大体积进样技术的原理和优越性 ,考察了其与传统的进样技术的区别及其定性定量操作性能 ,并列举了若干应用实例。对食品、环境等痕量有机污染物的检测很有应用价值。 This paper introduced the principle and advantages of PSS and large volume injection (LVI) technique of gas chromatography, compared the LVI with the traditional inlet method, examined the performances of LVI as well. Some application examples were presented. This technique is very useful to trace organic analysis of foods and environments
