论弱势群体与全面建设小康社会

On Colony of Weak Tendency and Thorough Construction of Well-off Society

全面建设小康社会要求社会持续稳定健康发展 ,而弱势群体则是社会机体的薄弱环节 ,是全面建设小康社会的关键因素之一。从分析弱势群体的内涵和外延及特点入手 ,阐述了社会的主体培育、目标实现、环境保障等方面缩小弱势群体与全面建设小康社会的关系 ,并且从社会发展、思想政治教育、制度安排三个层面 。

A thorough construction of well-off society requires continuous, stable and healthy development of society. However, colony of weak tendency, as one of the weakest elements in society, is the crux of a thorough construction of well-off society. Analyzing the connotation and denotation and characteristics of the colony, this paper elaborates on the relationship between cultivation of the social subject, goal realization and environmental guarantee, by which the number of the colony is reduced, and a thorough construction of well-off society. Besides, several coping strategies are put forward to reduce the number of colony of the weak tendency in the three respects, social development, ideological and political education and system arrangement.
