Strengthening Quality Education and Paying Attention to Cultivation of College Students' Creativity ——Henri Fayol's Letter for Would-be Engineers

法国管理学家法约尔在《工业管理与一般管理》一书致未来工程师的信中提出了未来工程师如何创新的思想 ,这封信同样对于当代大学生创新能力的培养具有重要的意义。因此 ,在介绍这封信的主要内容时指出创新不仅表现为对知识的摄取、改组和运用 ,对新技术的发明 ,而且是一种追求创意的意识 ,是一种发现问题、积极探求的心理取向 ,是一种善于把握机会的敏锐性 ,是一种积极改变自己并改变环境的应变能力。因此 ,创新不仅仅是智力特征 。

The French expert Henri Fayol in management proposes how would-be engineers create in a letter for would-be engineers in his book “Industrial Management and Ordinary Management”, which is equally significant to fostering creativity of contemporary college students. Therefore, in the process of the introduction to the main content of this letter, it is argued that creativity is not only revealed by absorption, transformation and application of knowledge and invention of new technologies, but also by awareness of pursuing creativity, a psychological orientation of problem discovery and active exploration, subtleness in grasping opportunities and capability of changing oneself and the environment actively. Therefore, creativity is not only a characteristic of intelligence, but also a product and representation of comprehensive quality.
