摘要
在分析电解加工阴极设计所存在问题的基础上 ,提出了阴极设计CAD/CAE/CAM系统的结构框架以及开发策略。该系统基于专家系统 ,结合专业技术人员和领域专家的经验来优选工艺参数 ,并且采用基于自由边界的数值算法 ,保证算法的收敛性。从而提高了阴极设计的精度 ,实现了电解加工工具阴极设计真正意义上的CAD/CAE/CAM集成。
Based on analyzing the problems that exist in cathode design in electrochemical machining (ECM), the structure and the development strategy of CAD/CAE/CAM system are discussed. The system mainly consists of an expert system so that it can optimize technical parameters by integrating expert experience into specialty knowledge. The numerical algorithm for free boundary is used to assure convergence. Therefore, the design precision of cathode improves considerably. A computer simulation of cathode surface and a machining example are also given in the paper.
