摘要
复杂系统的功能角色模型是故障分析的基础 ,它可以有效地解决机内测试 (BIT)设计中的自动故障模式影响分析 (FMEA)问题 ,但目前还缺乏行之有效的构造系统功能角色模型的方法。本文从系统设计的功能信息入手 ,结合C .Lucas的层次性功能模型 ,提出了一种复合建模方法 ,比较有效地解决了这个问题。最后以某机电跟踪与稳定伺服平台为例 。
Functional role model is an effective method for failure modes effects analysis (FMEA) in the design of built in test(BIT). But the system theory and strict criterion are absent in mapping from the complex system to the functional role model. In this paper, a new multimodeling approach is proposed for the functional role model based on the C.Lucas′ functional and teleological knowledge. The process of multimodeling approach is illustrated by the platform of a mechatronic track and servo system.
